Porque si te gusta el pistacho, est\u00e1s de suerte\u2026 esta receta de cheesecake te va a enamorar seguro!<\/p>\n<p>Ultimamente el pistacho est\u00e1 de moda, y no me extra\u00f1a, porque se pueden hacer cosas tan deliciosas como esta cheescake que est\u00e1 de muerte.<\/p>\n<p>Empezamos con los ingredientes necesarios para su elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr de galletas tipo Digestive<\/li>\n<li>80 gr de mantequilla derretida o pomada<\/li>\n<li>500 gr de queso crema<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de nata para montar<\/li>\n<li>150 gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/reposteria\/i\/preparados\/crema-de-pistacho-de-azucren\/\">2 cucharadas de crema de pistacho Azucren<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Toppings: crema de pistacho, pistachos troceados\u2026\u200d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ahora que ya sabes los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar te dir\u00e9 que lo mejor de esta receta no solo es que est\u00e9 rica, que lo est\u00e1, sino que es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar, as\u00ed que vamos con este sencillo paso a paso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 Tritura las galletas y mezcla con la mantequilla suavemente hasta conseguir una pasta uniforme. Lo ideal es que la mantequilla est\u00e9 a temperatura ambiente y tenga una textura blandita. Si vas con prisas y la ten\u00edas refrigerada entonces tendr\u00e1s que derretirla unos segundos en el microondas. Puedes colocar un poco de papel de hornear sobre el fondo del molde para que luego sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil desmoldar tu cheesecake. Y si te preocupa que tu tarta se quede pegada al molde puedes engrasar los laterales con un spray desmoldante.
