El post de hoy es una receta de <strong>tarta de cerezas y sobaos<\/strong>, si has le\u00eddo bien, sobaosssss!!! Me imagino ya a alguno de vosotros relamiendose viendo lo viene ahora.<\/p>\n<p>Los ingredientes son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p>Para la base:<br \/>\n4 sobaos<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de leche\u00a0condensada<\/p>\n<p>Para la tarta fresca:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-1-copia.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2428\" src=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-1-copia-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Tarta de yogur y sobaos (1) copia\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-1-copia-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-1-copia.jpg 618w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>250\u00a0ml de <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/ingredientes-para-reposteria-cupcakes-azucar-glas-pasteles\/2109-nata-vegetal.html\">nata para montar<\/a> (35% M.G)<br \/>\n8 hojas de gelatina<br \/>\n100 ml de leche<br \/>\n100 ml de leche condensada<br \/>\n2 sobaos + sobaos para decoraci\u00f3n<br \/>\ncerezas<\/p>\n<p>Coulis de cereza:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-3-copia.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2430\" src=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-3-copia-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Tarta de yogur y sobaos (3) copia\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-3-copia-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-3-copia.jpg 618w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>10 cerezas<br \/>\nzumo de medio lim\u00f3n<br \/>\n1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/p>\n<p>Vamos con la elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero deciros que he usado un <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/bandejas-y-moldes-de-silicona-para-horno-reposteria\/1068-molde-desmontable-redondo-16-cm.html\">molde de 16 cent\u00edmetros<\/a> de di\u00e1metro, as\u00ed que las cantidades est\u00e1n calculadas para ese tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer el coulis deshuesamos las cerezas y las ponemos a calentar en un cazo, junto con el zumo de medio lim\u00f3n y el az\u00facar. Calentamos hasta que las cerezas queden pr\u00e1cticamente l\u00edquidas. Una vez las retiremos del fuego las podemos pasar por la batidora para que no queden trozos de piel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-2-copia.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2429 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-2-copia-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Tarta de yogur y sobaos (2) copia\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-2-copia-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Tarta-de-yogur-y-sobaos-2-copia.jpg 618w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para la base de la tarta, desmigamos los cuatro sobaos sobre la base del <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/bandejas-y-moldes-de-silicona-para-horno-reposteria\/1068-molde-desmontable-redondo-16-cm.html\">molde<\/a> y a\u00f1adimos la leche condensada. Con una <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/utensilios-de-reposteria-pasteleria-comprar-online-accesorios\/588-set-3-espatulas-mini-.html\">esp\u00e1tula de silicona<\/a> vamos mezclando y aplastando hasta obtener una masa compacta. Yo uso la <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/ingredientes-para-reposteria-cupcakes-azucar-glas-pasteles\/2109-nata-vegetal.html\">nata ambiante<\/a>, que ya viene azucarada y monta muy f\u00e1cilmente. Yo he usado un <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/bandejas-y-moldes-de-silicona-para-horno-reposteria\/1068-molde-desmontable-redondo-16-cm.html\">molde desmontable de 16 cm<\/a>. Vamos metiendo algunas cerezas deshuesadas entre la masa, y por la superficie vertemos el coulis y removemos un poco pero sin llegar a mezclar del todo, para que la superficie\u00a0quede bicolor. Metemos en la nevera y dejamos enfriar unas cinco o 6 horas.
