Yo os he puesto 80 gr de mantequilla, en mi opini\u00f3n cuanta menos mantequilla usemos mejor. Yo recomiendo ir a\u00f1adiendo mantequilla poco a poco hasta que la masa se pueda compactar, y llegado ese punto no a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s, porque luego queda una base grasienta y a mi no me gusta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/ingredientes-para-reposteria-cupcakes-azucar-glas-pasteles\/375-spray-desmoldante-antiadherente-wilton-.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2179 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Cheesecake-de-limon-y-merengue-3-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Cheesecake-de-limon-y-merengue-(3)\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Cheesecake-de-limon-y-merengue-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Cheesecake-de-limon-y-merengue-3.jpg 618w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/ingredientes-para-reposteria-cupcakes-azucar-glas-pasteles\/375-spray-desmoldante-antiadherente-wilton-.html\">Engrasamos<\/a> el <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/bandejas-y-moldes-de-silicona-para-horno-reposteria\/1557-molde-desmontable-22-cm.html\">molde<\/a>, en mi caso he usado uno de <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/bandejas-y-moldes-de-silicona-para-horno-reposteria\/1557-molde-desmontable-22-cm.html\">22 cm<\/a>. Ponemos la capa de galletas aplast\u00e1ndola bien con una lengueta, consiguiendo una base compacta de galleta. Vertemos la masa en el <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/bandejas-y-moldes-de-silicona-para-horno-reposteria\/1557-molde-desmontable-22-cm.html\">molde<\/a> sobre\u00a0la base de galleta.
