As\u00ed que ya era hora de animarme a ello. Y ahora que la he probado no entiendo que he hecho todos estos a\u00f1os sin probarla, tiempo de mi vida desperdiciado, que tarta m\u00e1s rica!!!<br \/>\nYo esta vez la he hecho con un <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/ingredientes\/372-funcakes-mezcla-para-bizcocho-de-zanahoria-500g.html\" target=\"_blank\">preparado especial para carrot cake<\/a> de la marca funcakes, y ha sido super f\u00e1cil y con unos resultados espectaculares. Las a\u00f1adimos a la masa y mezclamos hasta tener una masa homog\u00e9nea. Lo podeis hacer con <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/ingredientes\/375-wilton-spray-desmoldante-antiadherente-bake-easy.html\" target=\"_blank\">spray desmoldante<\/a>. Yo eleg\u00ed un <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/14-bandejas-y-moldes-para-horno\" target=\"_blank\">molde<\/a> peque\u00f1o, de unos 10 o 12 cm de di\u00e1metro, e hice varios bizcochos, para que mi tarta tuviera varias capas. Pero estas cantidades tambi\u00e9n valdr\u00edan para un molde de unos 22 cm redondo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-0rxQsNWibc8\/VO8VgzUoMiI\/AAAAAAAAEC0\/II1CEjYZxMc\/s1600\/IMG_1226.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-0rxQsNWibc8\/VO8VgzUoMiI\/AAAAAAAAEC0\/II1CEjYZxMc\/s1600\/IMG_1226.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"213\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Mientras los bizcochos se hornean preparamos la crema de queso. Yo utilic\u00e9:<br \/>\n75 gr de mantequilla<br \/>\n250 gr de queso Philadelphia<br \/>\n250 gr de <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/27-ingredientes\" target=\"_blank\">az\u00facar glas<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La mantequilla acordaros que es muy importante que est\u00e9 a temperatura ambiente. La ponemos en el bol del robot de cocina y con las varillas batimos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-a8h1Pn9A3ro\/VO8Vh0mMHnI\/AAAAAAAAEB8\/2ioZvvFNoaw\/s1600\/IMG_1230.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-a8h1Pn9A3ro\/VO8Vh0mMHnI\/AAAAAAAAEB8\/2ioZvvFNoaw\/s1600\/IMG_1230.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"213\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Cuando la mantequilla est\u00e9 cremosa a\u00f1adimos el queso y seguimos batiendo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
