Estar casado con una repostera y nunca haber preparado alg\u00fan postre es algo que no pod\u00eda ser, as\u00ed que he decidido poner remedio a esto.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nDeciros, que hasta esta mousse, mi mayor experiencia en la cocina con la reposter\u00eda, se resum\u00eda a vaciar un flan en un plato e inundarlo de nata \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nVamos al tema, que me despito. Para hacer la mousse he utilizado:<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022 275 gr. de nata l\u00edquida con 35,1% de materia grasa<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022 3 claras de huevo<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022 2 pl\u00e1tanos<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022 2 vasos de chupito de Baileys<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-Ytu-vDJH7bQ\/VPWxtfbps6I\/AAAAAAAAEHU\/KThyqMpEUuk\/s1600\/IMG_1477.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-Ytu-vDJH7bQ\/VPWxtfbps6I\/AAAAAAAAEHU\/KThyqMpEUuk\/s1600\/IMG_1477.jpg\" height=\"210\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nLo primero que vamos a hacer es montar la nata. Es importante que la nata est\u00e9 fr\u00eda, y que contenga un 35% de materia grasa. Con unas varillas la vamos batiendo hasta que la nata est\u00e9 montada. La endulzamos al gusto. Pod\u00e9is hacerlo con una batidora. Yo lo hice a mano, aplastandolos con un tenedor. Mezclamos la nata montada con el pl\u00e1tano y las claras de huevo. S\u00ed, dos horas. A mi se me hizo como dos d\u00edas!!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nPara decorarla, puse un par de trozitos de platano que me dej\u00e9 reservados y unas virutas de chocolate.
