Mi padre es goloso pero no le gusta cualquier cosa&#8230; As\u00ed que sab\u00eda que con este postre ten\u00eda muchas opciones de acertar. Se trata de una tarta fresca de crema de orujo con una capa de gelatina de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Los ingredientes que us\u00e9 fueron los siguientes:<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-KbZTPjBKj9w\/VTFG0acZgdI\/AAAAAAAAEkA\/UeFTAeBTPGc\/s1600\/IMG_2470.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-KbZTPjBKj9w\/VTFG0acZgdI\/AAAAAAAAEkA\/UeFTAeBTPGc\/s1600\/IMG_2470.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"257\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>110 gr de queso de untar<br \/>\n300 ml de nata l\u00edquida<br \/>\n1 sobre de cuajada<br \/>\n115 gr de az\u00facar<br \/>\n100 ml de crema de orujo<br \/>\n10 galletas<br \/>\n25 gr de mantequilla<\/p>\n<p>Para la gelatina de caf\u00e9:<br \/>\n2 hojas de gelatina<br \/>\n125 ml de agua<br \/>\n1 cucharada de caf\u00e9 soluble<br \/>\n1 cucharada de az\u00facar<br \/>\naroma de caf\u00e9 (opcional)<\/p>\n<p>Vamos con la elaboraci\u00f3n. Para ello trituramos las galletas, hasta que queden en polvo. Yo utilic\u00e9 unas galletas Mar\u00eda con cereales.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-t30mRDvXWzQ\/VTFG2cF6LbI\/AAAAAAAAEl8\/NIOm69QOkGA\/s1600\/IMG_2485.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-t30mRDvXWzQ\/VTFG2cF6LbI\/AAAAAAAAEl8\/NIOm69QOkGA\/s1600\/IMG_2485.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Mezclamos las galletas con la mantequilla, imprescindible que est\u00e9 blanda, en el <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/114-comprar-moldes-nordic-ware-baratos\" target=\"_blank\">molde<\/a>, si quer\u00e9is previamente engrasado. Vamos aplastando y mezclando hasta que quede una masa compacta como base.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-2zPw6vS1Cx8\/VTFG2u1ZsuI\/AAAAAAAAEko\/6xni9dr5Wm8\/s1600\/IMG_2490.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-2zPw6vS1Cx8\/VTFG2u1ZsuI\/AAAAAAAAEko\/6xni9dr5Wm8\/s1600\/IMG_2490.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"213\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Vertemos la masa sobre la base de galleta, nos podemos ayudar con alguna <a href=\"https:\/\/dulcemisu.com\/comprar-moldes-nordic-ware-baratos\/2118-comprar-set-3-espatulas-de-silicona-nordic-ware.html\" target=\"_blank\">esp\u00e1tula Nordic Ware<\/a> para que realice m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-WHBK868zr9Y\/VTFG33wsB2I\/AAAAAAAAElw\/4o0c7YLhvlM\/s1600\/IMG_2497.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-WHBK868zr9Y\/VTFG33wsB2I\/AAAAAAAAElw\/4o0c7YLhvlM\/s1600\/IMG_2497.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"213\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Ahora vamos a hacer la gelatina. Para ello en un cazo ponemos a calentar el agua, el caf\u00e9 y el az\u00facar.
