No es una t\u00edpica receta para un blog de reposter\u00eda, pero el motivo merec\u00eda la pena, y es que he participado en el Rock and Roll Madrid Marat\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En pocas lineas, os cuento que la experiencia ha sido sensacional. A finales de a\u00f1o, Los Leones (as\u00ed nos hacemos llamar) me propusieron correr la media marat\u00f3n de Madrid, y no me qued\u00f3 otra que aceptar el reto. Durante estos tres \u00faltimos tres meses han sido semanas de entrenar mucho para llegar bien preparados.<\/p>\n<p>Y este domingo, lleg\u00f3 el d\u00eda, los nervios, las dudas de si ser\u00eda capaz. Fue levantarse y mirar al cielo y pensar que iba a ser a\u00fan m\u00e1s duro con la climatolog\u00eda que amenazaba el d\u00eda, y casi sin darme cuenta, ya eran las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana y se daba la salida. 21 km. por delante, 21 km. de puro running, y que se hicieron m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de lo que pensaba. En 1:54 minutos, cruzaba la meta y terminaba mi primera media marat\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9is cambiar los cereales por otros cereales, avena, arroz inflado&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Su elaboraci\u00f3n es muy sencilla, vamos a ello. Incorporarla de poco en poco, y as\u00ed vais viendo cuanta cantidad vais necesitando, no sea que os exced\u00e1is. Lo ideal es un molde cuadrado o rectangular. Aplastamos la masa intentando que quede a la misma altura por todas partes. Dejamos la masa reposar unas horas, para que termine de coger consistencia.
